I have taken a second look at the patch that caused the warning to
appear and I think it should be reverted. tox and run_tests.sh should
each call flake8 directly. There is no reason to have a common script
when running just flake8 works. flake8 is also installed into the
virtualenv so reverting that change will make the warning go away.
