Open Stack

Hello everyone,

I would like to announce the first meeting of the VMwareAPI subteam. 
This subteam will be focused on improving OpenStack support for 
both the VMwareESXDriver and the VMwareVCDriver but I'm leaving
the door open to including any other ways that VMwareAPI might be
used in OpenStack.

Our first meeting's agenda will be:

* Grizzly Bug Triage
* general Havana Blueprint discussion & priority
* Test Coverage: We need Unit tests and better test coverage!
* Future meeting time(s) and frequency
