Open Stack

Hi again,

We have several outstanding bugs against API documentation, and this
it the moment to tackle them.
As you can see in [1], most of them are for undocumented API extensions.
I have not filed bugs for all Quantum API extension, but at least for
those extensions which are supported at least by a 'community' plugin.
I have dared to assign Security Group documentation to Nachi Ueno, as
he showed interested in doing this work item. I've also assigned to
him, the 'extraroute' extension.
It also made sense, from my perspective, assigning agent-related API
extension to Yong Sheng Gong.

Nachi and Yong: if you are unable to work on these items, please
unassign yourself, and I'll find other volunteers.

For the LBaaS extension, I could really use some help. It might be
great if we could split the work in three or more parts (say
VIP/Pools+Members/HealthMonitors).
