[openstack-dev] [keystone] When will new version python-keystoneclient available on pypi?

I'd like to deliver complete Identity API v3 support in the next client
release, which has a few WIP reviews. Making a 0.3.0 release in time for
RC1 sounds like a reasonable goal.
