I would like to propose adding Devananda van der Veen (devananda) to the
nova-core team.

Devananda has been very helpful in a number of areas, including nova
reviews.  I was very impressed by the database expertise he demonstrated
during the last design summit.  He carried that into the Grizzly cycle
by leading the Nova DB team, which accomplished a number of database
usage improvements in Grizzly.  He has also been spending a lot of time
improving the new baremetal driver.
