It wouldn't hurt, especially if the list of contributors has changed.

I have deleted the old forms on echosign for old license agreement 
(individual and corporate), hopefully there are no other cadavers left 
around (echosign is messy).

if you find more references to old echosign forms please let me know 
(an old echosign form refers to OpenStack LLC, new and valid ones 
mention OpenStack Foundation; another sign is that the forms are hosted 
on rackspace.echosign.com, while new and valid ones are not).
