[openstack-dev] Ceilometer PTL candidacy

Mark,

As PTL are members of the TC, need to join their own weekly meetings
in addition to the release meeting, I would tend to think that, if you
want to do you job properly, it would be tough to do both properly if
you have another role in an organization that pays your salary as
well.  This applies to me, and justifies my personal decision. I may
want to generalize a bit on it but I would not expect this to become a
global policy and if other feel like they can do both, they should
definitely have a go at it :)
