Let's try and complete the topics from last week so we'll do them in a different order:

1) Multiple active scheduler policies/drivers
2) A simple way to improve Nova scheduler

(I think we bottomed out on the Ceilometer issues at the last meeting and we probably don't need to go over it again.)
