Open Stack

This is just a reminder than the usual code expirations (two weeks
of inactivity or one with a negative comment), which were suspended
throughout the month of December so as to accommodate vacations and
holidays, are going to be re-enabled today at 21:00 UTC--in about an
hour from now. We didn't want the flood of abandon messages from
Gerrit to alarm patch submitters and reviewers.
