Sorry I took my time to reply but I was considering the idea of organizing
a 101 design session.

First of all, excellent work organizing the Upstream University training
sessions! I really like the working plan and I feel it's a great idea to
get more people involved. Feel free to let the assistants know about -101
and that they are welcome to join us :) You are already doing that, but
it's good to mention it again.

The 101 design session is a great idea too, but I someone with much more
experience than me should apply for that.  If someone is willing to do
that, I'd be the first in line to attend! Maybe you can consider it as an
extra topic for the already scheduled training sessions, what do you think?
