Open Stack

Hi folks,

As you know, Nachi has made several valuable contributions to the Quantum
community, both in terms of getting system test/gating running, doing
community features like security groups, and more.  More recently he has
taken on an active and valuable role reviewing code as well, so I'd like to
propose him for membership in quantum-core.

If you are an existing member of quantum-core, please respond in the next
