FWIW, the exceptions for incubated projects are completely under the
responsibility of the project PTL... So feel free to directly
accept/deny those. It can't affect the quality of the rest of the
integrated release anyway... Although demonstrating the ability to say
"NO" and switch to bugfixing early is definitely a good maturity sign :)
