Hi Sean and others, this is in context of this review https://review.openstack.org/#/c/21415/ regarding duplicate keypairs.
How about making this action configurable and have something like an "abort_migration_on_error" like flag?
which if set to false, the migration script would let it continue by renaming the duplicate keypairs as suggested by Sean in the review comment
Otherwise raise an IntegrityError when duplicate keypairs are found.
