Hello,

I have now created a "sprint" in launchpad for the Havanah OpenStack
Summit allowing you to propose a blueprint for this event.  This is
how we will list and select topics for the ceilometer dev track at the
summit.

To do so, when creating or editing a blueprint, in the combo box
"Propose for sprint", select "Havanah OpenStack Summit".
