Greetings,

I'd like to give a heads up about the status of the migration to
oslo.messaging. Glance migration to oslo.messaging just landed and
it'll be part of the I-1 cut.

Remaining projects are:

- Nova
- Cinder
- Trove
- Keystone
- Heat
- Ceilometer
- Neutron
- Horizon

I know most of the projects already have a blueprint for it but some
might be missing one. In order to make it easier to track the progress
here, it'd be nice if such blueprints could use 'oslo-messaging' as
the blueprint name - it's possible to change it in the 'Change
details' section. These are the projects using 'oslo-messaging' as the
blueprint name[0].

P.S: For people with a working copy of glance. After pulling this
change you'll have to clean up the .pyc files and remove the
'glance/notifier' package which was replaced with 'glance/notifier.py'
