[openstack-dev] [Ceilometer] Need help with Alembic...

You should be able to get the dialect_name from the context in the alembic
migration and do something like:

  if dialect_name == 'sqlite':
	#Do whacky sqlite stuff hereŠ
  else:
	#sane db migration hère...
