OK, the response I've gotten back so far on times is:

Don D.:	Wed 1700
Gary K: Mon 1800, Tues 1300
Senhua H.: !Tues 1300, !Thurs 1500
Huang Z.: Mon-Fri <1600
Alex G.: Mon-Thurs <1500, Mon-Thurs 1900

I think the request for <1600 (e.g. Midnight in China) is reasonable and I'd like to accommodate that request. Less than 1300 is rather early for people in the Pacific time zone. I kind of like 1500, let's use that as the time if there are no objections.

Now we come to the day. Thurs. is bad for at least one person and that time on Mon. doesn't work for me. Can everybody make it at 1300 on either Tues. or Wed.?

Subject: Scheduler IRC meeting

All-

At the summit we discussed the idea of creating a regularly scheduled IRC meeting for scheduler topics. I'm willing to set things up and chair the meeting but the biggest problem will be when. Currently meetings are scheduled at (all times UTC):

Monday 1800, 2100
Tuesday 1300, 1600, 1800, 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200
Wednesday 1600, 1800, 1900, 2000, 2100
Thursday 1500, 1600, 1700, 1800, 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200
Friday

Personally, I like the slot on Wed. at 1700 but I'm willing to adjust to majority opinion (note - it's rather unlikely we'll find a best time for all, we'll have to be a little flexible).
