The ical feed shows a meeting at that timeslot (xenapi team).  I think
1900 UTC is free.  (unless I fail at time zones)

Once a smaller group picks a time, the next step should be posting to
openstack-dev, describing the intent of the sub-team meeting, what
topics you intend to cover, etc.  Let's not go too far with this in
private discussion.

I'm also going to try to do some more general organizing around
sub-teams, including a space on the wiki to list teams, their mission,
meeting times, etc.
