I think we all agree on that defining a limited set of use cases (but lets not spend hours and hours on focusing on "just use cases") would be helpful. The technology of choice whether that be MPLS_BGP, or GRE or IPSec  is not the focus and not something Quantum would need to be concerned for "general cases".  

As for the term VPNaaS, sure im not religious and I will let others churn out more suitable terminology, though VPNaaS sounds catchy ;-)

I agree.  VPNaaS is dangerous word which is something kind of "Cloud".
Let's focus on  share the detailed use cases.
