[openstack-dev] [SUMMIT] Live streaming from Design sessions

Google hangouts work remarkably well, from my previous experience at Ubuntu
and Linaro design summits. I believe the setup was just a laptop connected
to the in-room projector showing who joined the hangout and if anyone was
asking a question. I have even presented to a design session that way.

Since I am not able to attend this time, I would really appreciate some way
to remotely participate or at least listen to a recording of the design
sessions to help with later deciphering the etherpad.
