Here is my proposal of agenda

- Test strategies
   Black box testing
      API parameter and functionality testing including illegal or
boundary values
      Senario testing
            single nic
            multi nic ( 2 to 300 nic )
            L3 ( add 2 to 300 interfaces )
            Security groups

   White box testing (Adding internal check for Black box testing)
       ssh to the VM
       launch up

- Testing method
  ssh to VM then invoke commands
  quantum-debug command

- Shard CI environment
  It is great to have shared CI environment for Quantum team.
