Open Stack

Hey all!

As part of the work towards parallel testing, we landed a patch that
starts to use testtools. Unfortunately, this has uncovered a place where
nose violates the python unittest api/protocol (yay!) which means that
tracebacks on test failures are a bit broken at the moment.

Just wanted to give folks a heads up that there are people working on
fixing it - and sorry about that.
