Open Stack

Hi Chris,

As regards this topic It's not clear to me if the "old" nova-manage service disable/enable command it will be substitute by the API
PUT v2/{tenant_id}/os-hosts/{host_name}

Or maybe we need a new API for enabling/disabling services?
