Hi Quantum folks

I pushed review request for devstack for quantum gating.

Some observations.

1. Multiple floating ip pools
   In execise.sh for nova, they are testing multiple floating ip pools.
   floating ip pools in nova are mapped to one external network in quantum.
   However current l3-agent support only one external network at same time.

2. Default nic
   This is only for admin user.
    For admin user, vm will have nic on external network as default.
    This is not make sense. May be we should filter external network
from default network list.
