Open Stack

I just created a small document under the new wiki space created for this
effort :

It seems that, if the short term goal is to address only the internal use
case  (A/PTR records for instance IP and Floating IP), the best starting
point is 
the nova-dns base, but some upgrades/rewrites will be required.

Feel free to add any relevant content to the wiki / or comment on the
document if I misrepresented anything.
