Thanks for the reply.  I just send the join request for approval.



Looks like I’m using http proxy which blocks the ssh access over it.  But
no proxy means no internet access.  Trying to figure out a way…

Have you joined the OpenStack Contributors team?
It seems there is a script which grants this teams members to gerrit.

.git/hooks/commit-msg"
