Following the theme of providing the Grizzly high-level overview, here's what's on deck for Horizon:
* Spring cleaning! -- Clean up legacy issues in the codebase (already done).
* Admins are people too! -- making the admin dashboard really useful (e.g. more than just a version of the project dashboard except you can see everything in the cloud).
* Fantastic file uploads! -- Improving uploading in all areas, from images to swift files to multi-file uploads, etc.
* Even more Quantum! -- Picking up where Folsom left off, there's tons more we can add in from Quantum to make networking in Horizon a really rich featureset.
* Keep It Simple (Stupid)! -- There are lots of places where we can reduce repetitive tasks into simple one-click operations (for example a simplified 'give this instance a floating IP' easy button).
* Now with more flavors! --- Flavor extra specs support (already done) and per-project flavor support.
* All the way RBAC! -- Integrating with Keystone's v3 API to support complete RBAC control over interface scoping, etc.
* But wait, there's more! -- better PKI support, enhanced security group management, visualizations, maybe more!
The specific blueprints are on Launchpad, but that's the high level overview. Contributors are more than welcome, as always, and there are several blueprints still available if someone wants to jump on them!

All the best,
