Hi Endre,

As far as I know, there no ongoing effort concerning integration of Libra
with Quantum in any form.
As far as Equilibrium is concerned, the LBaaS proposal referenced by Eugene
is actually a merger of Equilibrium plus several other LBaaS proposals.
Eugene, please correct me if I provided incorrect informations.

For the advanced svc insertion, Quantum and LBaaS teams are working
together. For more details you can check the "[Quantum] Advanced
service insertion"
thread on this mailing list (all the relevant links can be found on that
thread).
