Open Stack

Hey guys!

There is currently an issue with the APT mirror hosted at Rackspace
which affects jobs run in our devstack gate. Rackspace is working on it,
and in the mean time we have disabled the rackspace slaves from the
gate. If you got a build error this morning that say something about a
Hash sum mismatch, it was caused by this.

Devstack might be a little slow for the next bit while we only have half
of our normal slave pool.
