I tried to push my code in quantum-v2 branch but required me to input user
name and password for github. I created an free account and retried. but
got 403 error while accessing
https://github.com/amotoki/horizon.git/info/refs. Is it a read only
repository? how to push my code?

Hi Hua,
I have the same behaviour as yours.
In the current quantum implementation, we need to delete all ports attached
to the network that we want to delete.
In Horizon-Quantum integration, we should catch such Exceptions properly.
Thanks,
