We will be renaming the openstack-ci-puppet repo:

    openstack/openstack-ci-puppet -> openstack-infra/config

and moving the following openstack-ci Git repos into the openstack-infra
GitHub organization:

    devstack-gate
    gerrit
    gerritbot
    gerritlib
    git-review
    jeepyb
    jenkins-job-builder
    lodgeit
    meetbot
    nose-html-output
    puppet-apparmor
    puppet-dashboard
    puppet-vcsrepo
    pypi-mirror
    zuul
    
as well as moving Zuul to its own server (zuul.openstack.org).

This will require a service interruption to restart the Gerrit service
after the repository moves, as well as a quiet period where Jenkins jobs
will not be run in order to effect the Zuul move.

As usual, we will be on IRC in #openstack-dev and #openstack-infra where
we will announce status updates and be available if you have any
questions or issues during or after the move.
