Notes
Review of content team: group of community members across companies and geographies working to create more OpenStack related content for use by the community.
Margie reviewed goals of team from Icehouse to Juno. Would like to have 10 dedicated volunteers to scope out 3 pieces of content to deliver by Paris. Team members should be willing to dedicate at least five hours a month to help. Anyone may attend and contribute to content or the meetings, but looking for this group of ten to help on a regular basis through the next Summit.
Receiving help means you give your opinions on what’s needed, contribute to writing or loan writers on your staff to write. Could also mean curate content. Or suggest how existing content can improve. Please contact Margie if interested.
Timeline
Identify team end of May/early June. Find agreed time to meet.
Assemble first meeting in June and vote on deliverables for Paris (anyone can vote that attends the meetings or is on the content distribution list)
Decide if we want to have a sprint in addition to live meetings
