Hello everyone, The last development milestone of the Liberty development cycle, "liberty-3", generally marks the end of the feature addition period and the start of the stabilization / bugfixing period before final release. It is now reached for all projects following the milestone-based release schedule. The release management team directly manages a number of such OpenStack projects, for which it published tarballs corresponding to the milestone. The goal is to facilitate testing and focus on bugfixing and quality until the project can produce its first Liberty release candidate. We are also under soft requirements freeze[2] (exceptions needed to bump requirements or introduce a last-minute dependency) and String Freeze[3] (limit the number of string changes to facilitate the work of translators). Only 6 weeks before the end of the Liberty cycle !
