Hi everyone,

The second milestone of the Kilo development cycle, "kilo-2" is now
reached for the Kilo "integrated release" projects, Keystone, Glance,
Nova, Horizon, Neutron, Cinder, Ceilometer, Heat, Trove, Sahara, and
Ironic ! It contains all the new features and bugfixes that have been
added since the the Christmas holiday break.

84 blueprints were implemented and no less than 708 bugs were fixed
during this milestone (not including fixes that landed in Oslo libraries).

The next development milestone, kilo-3, is scheduled for March 19th, and
will coincide with the final feature freeze for integrated projects in
the Kilo cycle.
