There appears to be two sections of the same text in the current ICLA. <https://review.openstack.org/static/cla.html> The difference appears being reference to LLCs in the first section. Could someone explain why that is ? Perhaps, there is some text describing the rational already but I just don't know it. If that is the case, please provide pointer.
