As a general rule, MongoDB reads the AGPL generously and broadly to allow unfettered use of the database. See, for example, our licensing policy: http://www.mongodb.org/about/licensing/

I or our legal counsel would be happy to discuss this with the relevant parties at OpenStack. We'd love to see more organizations using MongoDB with OpenStack.
