Hello Interop People,

The Glance spec freeze is coming up soon (next Friday, 6 October) and
we could use your input on a proposal to fix OSSN-0075 by introducing
a new policy.  One of the objections is that it will introduce an
interoperability problem.  I personally think this is acceptable and
that the area of non-interoperability is very circumscribed (but I'm
the author of the spec).  It would be very helpful to the Glance Team
to get the perspective of some members of the Interop WG on this
issue.

If you could respond by Tuesday 3 October, that would give us time to
get this worked out before the spec freeze.
