I sent out an invite to the mailing list. Simon will be kicking it off.
We can't put specific proposals down yet, but we can discuss what has been
on the mailing lists and what steps we have taken with the board. We are
designing a system that meets the legal requirements under Delaware law and
we should describe the process and the possible out comes. This is time
with the community to hear their thoughts. Monty and Simon can verbally
replay of their 15 minute descriptions that they gave to the board.
Lauren indicated that microphones will be available on stage and to
interact with the audience.
All elections Committee members are encouraged to be available.
Unfortunately, this is the one day that I can not attend. Someone please
check that my mail made it through the list server to the Foundation list.

OK. We can list it on the agenda from 12:50 - 1:40 pm, which should give
folks participating in the key signing a little buffer to make it.
Is there a specific description you’d like to see in the agenda? We’ll
promote the town hall in our daily email blasts to attendees, but are one
of you planning to email the Foundation list with a heads up?
Who is going to kick things off Thursday, and will the entire election
committee want to sit up front or on the stage?
Thanks.

info in a presentation I think.
