Open Stack

Hi Folks,

I realized after the meeting today that we were so involved in the discussion that we didn’t jot a lot of it down on the etherpad[1].  I’ve taken a shot at summarizing the discussion at the bottom of the pad—please feel free to augment/correct/continue the discussion over email.

The initial draft of the process doc has now been merged [2].  Please note that it is still explicitly in “draft” status[3].  We’ll take up individual points that need more discussion (such as the JSON/RST authority question) as individual gerrit reviews before the status changes to “approved”.
