Open Stack

One item that I’ve added to the agenda is a location for the Defcore repository that will host capabilities, process documents, and testing tools. This is an important component of expanding our community review process of upcoming capabilities.

Options include a new project in the openstack namespace, stackforge, or as part of the governance repository.
