Right, there seems to be no track for OpenStack governance / project
management / technical debt reduction... strategic initiatives that we
put in place to fix critical structural issues. I have a talk about the
new project structure, and there is nowhere to file it either. I ended
up adding it to "Planning your OpenStack project" but that's clearly not
ideal.
