Last night we accepted a simple DefCore RST generator script that allows 
us to create the RST files from the JSON files.

As discussed, we want to have the JSON file be the "source of truth."  
In keeping with that objective, I've used the generator to recreate the 
RST files and replace the hand generated ones.

Since 2015.next is not complete, I removed it's RST file.
