Open Stack

Folks,

At today’s extended DefCore Scale.10B meeting we spent most of our time iterating through the process doc (still in draft) to make improvements.  Items that were subject of some debate will be discussed in individual patch sets, but there were a number of small fixes/clarifications/modifications that had wide consensus from those present.  In the interest of saving some time, we decided to propose these non-controversial items as a single patch.  I’ve posted those changes here:

After I got that one posted, discussion with Chris on flagged tests got me looking at the lexicon document and I realized it has a missing line break that made two definitions appear as one…I’ve also posted a trivial patch for that here:
