Rob ## Summary (compiled by Rob Hirschfeld) * completed detailed timeline for cycle including communications and review deadlines * finished scoring the capabilities matrix * reviewed Refstack mockups and API specification standards * took a position on Swift (some swift APIs should be core but cannot if there's designated code) * decided to move tests into capabilities for scoring.
