While I'd still like to have the review of the Havana Capabilities matrix before OSCON so that we can have community input before the board vote for approval, I do not think we are ready (and the Foundation post has not gone out yet).

I'd like to call a special meeting next week.  We'd already set aside 7/9 for the community meeting, so I'm going to suggest that we use that day.  I'm sending a Doodle out to the group.

A small update from action items from the F2F meeting


1)      I met with the TC on Tuesday.  It appears that we need to have a single topic meeting to review designated sections again with them.  I'm working to coordinate.  You are welcome to review the logs starting from "2014-06-17T20:16:00" on http://eavesdrop.openstack.org/irclogs/%23openstack-meeting/%23openstack-meeting.2014-06-17.log .  You may want to scroll backwards from "RAGE RAGE RAGE"

2)      I talked with Mark Collier about Foundation blog posts about DefCore.  The plan is to lay out the DefCore calendar with links to the content we've been generating

3)      Mark also pointed out some small tweaks to the notes (e.g.: not using "certification").   I asked him to update the F2F notes

4)      We need to postpone the Community engagement review from next week to July 8th.

If you have concerns about moving the dates to 7/8 please let me know ASAP so I can work w/ Mark.  My alternate date is 7/9.
