[ansible-sig][openstack-ansible][tripleo] Making Openstack Ansible modules meeting biweekly

Hi, all I think it's worth to make our meeting biweekly in this point, as we don't have many urgent issues to discuss. So today's meeting is canceled and the next one will be held in 03 March. Of course nothing blocks us to discuss anything at any time on #openstack-ansible-sig channel. Feel free to start talks there if you have any questions or topics to chat about. The topics in progress are: 1. Getting us a session on PTG 2. Pushing of first collection to Ansible Galaxy 3. Continue working on CI for modules and tests improvement. 4. Reviewing incoming code from contributors. just a small correction: We'll be meeting at the same time as before but biweekly (even weeks) and we'll alternate that with meetings on Wednesdays at 17:00 UTC (odd weeks) to accomodate more time zones as well as our busy schedules.
