MetadataRefreshTest has a known race in Heat Grizzly unit tests, as can be seen here: py26 worked while py27 failed this time. Steve, IIRC you had a go at it some time ago, but the fix wasn't complete? Note that both Heat and Ceilometer Grizzly are not officially covered by stable-maint team, since there were incubating then, so it's up to the Heat team to decide if fixing this is worth the effort.
