[Openstack-stable-maint] 2013.1.5 preparation - last Grizzly stable release

Hi,

we are scheduled to release 2013.1.5, the final Grizzly stable release, on March 20th. As a preparation, stable/grizzly branches are considered frozen starting today, stable-maint members please don't approve any more patches for stable/grizzly unless freeze exception has been discussed on this list. Review queue[1] is currently empty, two patches left are to be abandoned.
