According to https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/ReleaseNotes/2013.2.2, there are no bugs or blueprints targeted in the stable release.
However, in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/66861, there is a fix which is reported as merged (Feb 2nd).
Was this too late to make the cut off for the stable release ? This issue is a problem with large scale ceilometer deployments.
It will be included, just that LP bug hasn't been updated, sometimes Gerrit/Jenkins/Zuul/Launchpad automagic runs out of pixie dust :) As a part of the release, all merged commits are checked again and LP bugs updated via scripts[1] by the release manager.
