It will be included, just that LP bug hasn't been updated, sometimes
Gerrit/Jenkins/Zuul/Launchpad automagic runs out of pixie dust :)
As a part of the release, all merged commits are checked again and LP
bugs updated via scripts[1] by the release manager.
